TICKETS & REFUND Bay Fest 2020:
- Per gli appassionati che hanno già acquistato i biglietti per il Bay Fest 2020: saranno validi. Potranno essere utilizzati per il prossimo anno.
Per coloro i quali invece non potranno partecipare al festival sono previste due opzioni: convertire il biglietto in un buono da utilizzare per futuri concerti Hub Music Factory ("aiutando molto gli organizzatori degli spettacoli in questo momento in gravi difficoltà") o richiedere il rimborso completo del biglietto nei punti vendita dove è stato acquistato. A breve Hub Music Factory fornirà tutte le modalità e tempistiche per i rimborsi.
- For all those have already purchased, Bay Fest 202 tickets will be valid and can be used for Bay Fest 2021.
For those who cannot attend Bay Fest 2021, you will have two options: convert the ticket into a voucher to be used for future Hub Music Factory concerts (helping a lot the shows organizers in this time of serious difficulty), or request the full ticket refund at the official presale outlets where has been purchased. We will shortly give you all the modalities through our social media and website.
