KLONAVENUS was born in Rome during 2005, after the meeting of Saffio (music & programming) and Paolo Chemnitz (vocals & lyrics). After two acclaimed demos, KLONAVENUS signed a contract with The Fossil Dungeon (an american digital music label) and released "Metropolights" during 2007. This EP was 'top demo' on :Ritual: magazine, the most important magazine in Italy about goth & industrial music.
One year later the band released a compilation of unreleased tracks, appeared on a lot of compilations and during 2010 they were back again with a new single, "The Loser" (also remixed by Dismantled, Autodafeh and Ginger Snap5) and with an official videoclip. At the same time, KLONAVENUS played live supporting bands like Clan Of Xymox, Din [A] Tod, Spetsnaz, Ad:Key, Container 90, Gothika, Krisma and more. On december 2011 KLONAVENUS were back on stage supporting Colony 5 and Restricted Area. In the meanwhile, the song "Your Wintertime" appeared on the russian compilation "Rock Oracle Magazine".
Their music may be defined as a catchy mix between synthpop, EBM and electro-goth. The 1st of December 2012 KLONAVENUS released the official debut album "Klonawelt", out on E|K product label, playing on stage with Solitary Experiments. During the spring 2015, Klonavenus released their second album, "Angst": when electro body wave meets darkelectro.

The project "Nydhog" was born in 2006 from the mind of Riccardo Rieti with the aim to give birth to a project with an aggressiveand club oriented sound that however could count on solid melodic structures, embodying influences from EBM/Futurepop Gothic,Industrial,Trance,Hard dance music.
In late 2006 Nydhog track "My cold sun" appears on the free Internet Compilation "ITALIAN BODY MUSIC VOLUME 3" edited by www.electroworld.tk followed by a first 5-tracks Demo "My cold sun" which obtains good feedback from Italian press [9/10 on Rock Hard Magazine] and is declared "DEMO OF THE MONTH" on :Ritual: magazine (May 2007) and by a Web-EP featuring 2 original tracks and some first works as remixer. 2008 is mostly spent on playing gigs around Italy ,featuring Ed.Ward as live drummer, being the opening act for the italian shows of international acts like E-Craft, Jager 90 and Harsh EBM masters: HOCICO. 2009-2011: Late 2009 a new demo "Status notification: Failure" is out on free download receiving good feedback from the net. Nydhog wins the ADAM KULT Remix contest, also several other Nydhog Remixes are published: "XP8 - Our time (Nydhog Remix)" on "Drop the mask (Japanese edition), State of the union - Dancing in the dark (Nydhog Remix).Nydhog takes part to the compilation "Body Music From Rome" (published by "Electroworld") with two original tracks and later also a remix for italian band BLANK is out. In July 2011 Nydhog Remix is chosen between the winners of the De/Vision Remix Contest and the track "mAndroids (Nydhog Remix) is released on the US Version of the De/Vision Album "Popgefahr - The Mix". To celebrate the first 5 years of activity, several new versions of the classic track "Spiral" are released on the Single "Drifting down the spiral". As a band, several live shows in Italy were played, including support band for Accessory and Escalator italian shows. 2012-now: last years were spent mainly as a remixer for italian and european bands (Accessory, Syrian, Klonavenus, Halo Effect, Cygnosic). Nydhog wins the remix contest on Beatport for the rock band Garbage as the most voted remix for the track Automatic Systematic Habit.
Currently Nydhog is working on the first full lenght album.
